In spite of the inclement, snowy weather, the Lakeshore chapter banquet in Manitowoc on November 13th ran smoothly and was a great success, due primarily to all the hard work put into it by the chapter committee, their volunteers, and our outgoing Regional Director, Tom Seibert. Thank you all for your efforts!
As we are winding down in 2019, we are also gearing up for our 2020 events. The Northern Wetlands chapter has their banquet scheduled for Saturday February 22nd in Rhinelander, followed by the Valley chapter banquet in Appleton on Thursday February 27th. We will be starting off our March events by exhibiting at the Milwaukee Sport Show March 4-8, and with the Baraboo River chapter banquet on Saturday March 8th. Please check our event calendar for the dates of later banquets, bashes, shoots, and golf outings.
In 2020, we will be bringing in some great new raffle and auction items and we would like to try to reactivate or re-establish chapters in some of the following areas: Eau Claire, Hudson, Hayward, Prairie du Chien, Janesville, Lake Geneva/Delavan, Waupaca and Racine/Kenosha. If you live in any of these areas and would be interested in helping to get a chapter started, or know someone in any of these areas who might be interested, please let me know at rdbobwwa@gmail.com.
