SUMMARY:2023 Annual Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Join WWAs Directors\, staff\, Chapter leaders and key DNR biologists and regulators at WWA’s 39th Annual Meeting.\nThis celebration will be held at the Beaver Dam Conservationist Club. \nThis will be an opportunity to review the state of WWA: what did we do last year and what does the future look like for the Midwest’s premier state-‘based duckhunting organization?  What did chapters accomplish? What’s the DNR up to in managing the waterfowl population and hunting?  The latest scientific research? \nBreak up the winter doldrums (Packers schedule notwithstanding) and join us for a meal\, some drinks and raffles.  Cheap at twice the price! \nFeaturing the drawing of our Remember When Raffle\, a Class A (WI residents need not be present to win) raffle: \nDo you remember seeing your uncles and grandpa dressed in red plaid wool coat and pants\, wearing leather boots\, with a Winchester Model 94 30-30 leaning in the corner\, ready for the hunt? Recreate that memory with this raffle\, a little nostalgia in a modern era… the jacket and cap from stormy Kromer are new\, but made the same as way back then\, the rifle- immaculate – was made in 1939. The loafers from Russell Moccasin are still hand made in Wisconsin. Not sure what you’ll put in the decanter\, but blackberry  randy was a staple in our camp. Good luck and here’s hoping for pleasant memories. \nGrand Prize: Winchester Model 94 30 W.C.F.\, a Stormy Kromer Mackinaw coat (certificate)\, a Stormy Kromer Original cap (certificate)\, a knife set\, a vintage ammo box and ammo\, a gun case\, a vintage cleaning rod AND\, for after the hunt\, a pair of Russell Moccasin Sheepskin lined loafers and a WWA engraved decanter and custom bottle stopper – winner takes all!! \n\nTickets $20 each\, only 200 sold\nDrawing 4:30 p.m.\nNeed not be present to win*\n\n*Limited to Wisconsin residents only\, purchasers must have a valid Wisconsin address noted at checkout.
