This year promises to be a very significant inflection point for WWA as we significantly grow our mission effectiveness. We are poised to grow our habitat and education missions significantly.
And the Board of Directors has secured funding to support them for the next year or so….
But much like shooting a moving target requires anticipating the target’s future position, so too does WWA’s ability to sustain these programs over the long haul. WWA’s fiscal projections require that we diversify our revenue sources from mostly event-based fundraising to other sources, like personal philanthropy, corporate sponsorship, grants and foundation partnerships. These partnerships at the personal and organizational levels will be important to sustaining these initiatives for the benefit of state duck hunters. Any individual can help us by making a small monthly donation that helps us better budget into the future. Others who have corporate contacts or want to help us build those relationships can play a role too
How about you? Let me know of your interests and we can together figure out how we can sustain these programs into the future. bross@wisducks.org
