Scott Bertrand and his son, Hunter, were able to get out on Saturday, October 30th to enjoy the donated hunt they won at WWA’s Green Bay chapter banquet. Although they shot over a box of shells each, they were only able to limit on scaup…. unfortunately the early scaup limit is only one/person!
Scott and Hunter said that they enjoyed their first experience in a layout boat. They were troopers, hunting from opening until 10:00 am! The west shore is lousy with scaup and some bonus ducks that are tough to finish.
