Fellow WWA members, your State Board of Directors wants to hear from you, and you from us. Starting July 14, 2021 we will launch an hour-long monthly Zoom call every second Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm. The first session will be co-hosted by our president, Bruce Urben, and our Executive Director, Bruce Ross.
Bruce and Bruce will begin the session with an overview of WWA’s health, while reinforcing our mission statement and introducing various projects and other activities that WWA is working on. After that, we plan to open the forum to you so that we can hear what concerns or questions you have of your State Board. We will answer questions on the spot. Ones that need research will be answered during the next month’s Zoom session/call-in.
Mark your calendars and plan to join us via the following Zoom link:

Different topics will be introduced each month to start our conversations, but our real desire is to hear and share chapter success stories (“what” they are and “how” you made them happen) for the purpose of helping other chapters achieve similar successes. By the same token, we want to hear from you if you have a problem that you need help solving. If you are experiencing a problem, the chances are high that another chapter faced it also and may have solved it.
We also want to hear your ideas for new approaches. WWA has state-level resources available that may also help. As a state-wide organization with a rich history and vast collective experience, our team thoughts and successes are greater than our individual ones.
Send topics that you want to hear more about, or information that you want to share, to Dave Elwing at dwelwing@rcn.com.
