Thank you for your interest in being a Vendor/Exhibitor at the Wisconsin Waterfowl Association’s 7th Annual Decoy Carving Contest and Exhibition (DCCE), being held on Friday, August 22nd, and Saturday, being held on Friday, August 22nd and Saturday, August 23rd, 2025. The Event will be held at Sunnyview Expo Center in Oshkosh, WI.

Wisconsin’s DCCE has drawn carvers from all over the Midwest and many from East Coast and West Coast locations. The Wisconsin contest includes divisions for novice and advanced carvers, including decorative and working Decoy Divisions.

This year’s event will include carving/painting demonstrations, and we can now support vendors for an actual waterfowl weekend experience. Vendors can be located on the grounds adjacent to the Expo Center or inside the building.

• A pop-up canopy or other enclosure would be recommended in case of rain.
• Vehicle access is readily available for setup and takedown.
• Several booth spaces will be available under the roofed end of the building, but room is limited there.
• We encourage you to attend the EXPO for your wares/organization associated with waterfowling, hunting, and decoy carving.

The Waterfowl Hunters EXPO Steering Committee has established a fee for those purchasing an inside or outside booth. Please reference the Waterfowl Hunters Expo website to reserve your booth space and fill out the vendor contract for 2025. All vendor spaces are on a first-come, first-serve reservation process and are anticipated to sell out.
