We’re excited to begin looking for the next leader of WWA to help take us to the next level of impact! With the upcoming retirement of current Executive Director, Bruce Ross, the Wisconsin Waterfowl Association is opening the search for a new Executive Director.

The Executive Director serves as WWA’s chief executive and is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, financial health, and effective management of the organization. The Executive Director works closely with the Board of Directors to fulfill WWA’s mission and advance its programs, partnerships, and public presence.  Key objectives include continuing WWA’s mission impact trajectory, building financial resiliency, and growing chapters and membership throughout the state.

WWA’s next Executive Director will find an energized and effective organization with which to grow our mission impact on behalf of state waterfowlers.  Do you know someone ready to put their shoulder to this wheel?

Resumes will be accepted through July 25, 2025. For more information on the position and application details, please visit this link.
